As any of our regular readers know, I’m a big fan of eBird. I find it to be extremely useful no matter where in the world I’m birding. Now, Subaru has partnered with The Lab of Ornithology at Cornell to bring eBird to their vehicles. It will be available in the Impreza and BRZ and Subaru is planning to bring it to other models soon.
Can you image birding having your car left you know if you might be driving right past a potential lifer? Birders already seem to like Subaru (look around at the vehicles birders are driving next time you go out) and I think it’s likely that more birders will think about Subaru with this awesome new partnership. You can read more about this partnership in this article from Audubon.
