Hummingbirds of Southeast Arizona

Hummingbirds are one of the most loved bird families and there is no better place in the United States to see them than Southeast Arizona.

While watching hummingbird feeders at my house, I’ve been thinking about my favorite place in the US to watch them. It’s been several years since I’ve been to Arizona, but I’ll never forget how much fun it is to watch these incredible little birds there. During my last trip there, I got to see 14 hummingbirds in just one week!

These are a few of my favorite species that can be found in the area.
