Moss Letter DIY Decor Project

Accent your home with this easy DIY decor project that's inspired by nature.
Materials:
8-in. papier-mache letter
8×10-in. frame
14×12-in. piece of burlap
18×16-in. piece of SuperMoss Instant Green Moss Mat
Marker
Glue gun
Brads
Step-By-Step Instructions:
Step 1
Place letter on the back of the moss mat and trace the shape with a marker. Cut out and hot glue to the front of the letter.
Step 2
Measure the thickness of the letter and cut strips of equal width from moss. Hot glue the strips to the sides of the letter.
Step 3
Remove glass from frame.
Step 4
Cover the backing board with burlap and trim to size. Glue to board at corners.
Step 5
Apply hot glue to the back of the letter and place in the center of the burlap-covered board.
Step 6
When dry, flip the board over and hammer brads into the back of the letter about 4 inches apart.
Step 7
Place the backing in the frame and secure in place.
