For all of you that are cold and no heat I will gladly send you some we are at 88 degrees right now and it is humid the plants are so confused they don’t know what to think.   We were in the 30′s on Monday and now the high 80′s today wouldn’t be surprised if it didn’t hit 90.   I don’t like the heat at all in the greenhouses.

Well back to work just a short break will try to get back later.   God Bless You all!

Hot Hot Hot here right now 88 degrees and humid, I hate when it goes like a yo-yo , we were in the 30′s on Monday and now this.  The plants are confused for sure they don’t know what to do.   Right now in the full sun they are all wilted.   I wish it would make up its mind what it wants to do be fall or summer.   So for all of you that don’t have the warm weather I would sure send you some.

Dave I will have to go there and look at the pictures.   That is a nice way to do apple sauce, it will sure be good in the winter.

Steep so you have all the invitations done and sent off already wow.   Sorry about your fish.  Nice pictures you been posting on the picture forum

Robbee that is one thing we don’t know if any of us will have money after we die.   Don’t know what the country will do in the next few years.

    Mary Have fun tomorrow.

Well back to work in the heat.   May God Bless

Hi everybody I am butting in again tonight but I have to sign I almost every time.  I like this evening thing for some mornings I don’t get on.  Hope you don’t mind.  Just got back from bowling  what a night. Busy at work sowing seed like crazy got 20O seed flat done and many more to go.

Charlie Thanks for starting the thread.  Yes I grow a huge veg garden at home.  Grow allkinds oF vegtables

Karen no hummingbird things here have them up every year but no himmingbirds I am really zealous of people thatfeet them

Leroy my seeds are slow in maturing this year so I been collecting a lot of green seed..  The purple datura are really slow so collected everything I had have to grow 100 flats for a customer next year.

Kathy I am so glad theplants are doing good for you how  are the daylilies?  I purchased some new iris this fall that are suppose to rebloom.  We will see.  So what part of town do you live in now days?

Charlene I hope your Dh is felling better tonight.  Even though the kids are done I still plant a huge  veg garden.  Love the fresh taste in the winter .  Do not so much canning but a lot of freezing of  veggies. Here is a picture of what I was talking about that you sent me.  Can you tell me who is joe?

Grandma. I have to check in each time also last night was a big pain for me

Gayle. Sounds like you got atoday done today

Those are both really hardy salvias and we havegrown the first one for 20+ years  and the second one the species for almost 15 years the selection is suppose to be shorter that youpictured   There is another one salvia grandiflora that is a selection of the first that has bigger flowers. Just remember these are natives and if they get too much water they get floppy and need help standing up.

Gayle we also have the salvia black and blue but it isnot hardy here is it for you wegrow it as a pot plant filler around here.  .  And bring it in the winter.

Morning all I think the new web is worst than the other with all the ads coming up now had to check in  4 times last night just to say hi and this morning another 3 times even though I say to save my id.   Can’t close the ads coming up till after 9 seconds.   So have to spend he first 3-5 minutes just cleaning this place up before I can even post.   Been not in a very good mood at all lately so that is why I haven’t been posting much.   I don’t like the dark in the morning and the evening.   And now to make it worst the heat is coming back for us 85=88 andhumid for the next how many days.   Been doing a lot of seeding at work have about 300 seed flats done and another 200 to go for the first round.  Looks like we will be doing a huge job for spring around 24,000 pots of perennials and some I haven’t even heard of the family so will be an experience for sure.   Told the owners though if we do this job they will have to hire help for I won’t be killing myself over this job even though the people that want us to do it are coming after us for the experenice we have with the unusual plant material we grow.   There is about a 1/3 of the plants that we haven’t grown in our place. Also told them they need to hire a person down where I work to pull and help water so we will see I said I will not go through another spring like last and putting in the hours I did.   And they better do something about the birds in the greenhouses for if they eat all the seed we don’t have the time to waste this year. Well enough venting for sure and to top it off I smashed my middle finger last night working on the place down below and it hurts and black this morning.

Sandy I completely understand why you haven’t answered or been on here I am in the same boat I try to get on here just to tell you I am alive and then when it won’t cooperate I get frustrated.   Just take it easy and don’t overdue don’t want you back in the hospital.   Take care

Carol Nice that you can go to the horse show.  Sorry about the car situation I know it is not fun driving a rental and not having your own wheels,  when driving someones else car I get so scared someone would run into me and I would wreck it .

Lair Nice that you got those boys this year to help out I think that was a God sent blessing.  So are you collecting seeds too for next year.

Leroy like what you did to make the design in your garden.   the title gave me a good laugh.   I bet you are going to get this heat also.

Everyone else have a great day and May God Bless.

Just  passing threw and had to stop and read  Lol. At  Charlene’s Dh eating soup in the fridge.  Kathy glad to see you got moved into your new place and getting the plants planted.  Did the plants I give you survive to your newplace.  I bet it is a relief and you feel safe now.

Charlene  I can’t believe how big some of the plants I started from the seed you sent me got.  I been trying to catch the seed off the salvia and theyellow tib something was over 4 ft tall.  And it got about 3 ft across.   Thanks again for sharing!

Melissa I am gathering your wildflower seed and hopefully in a coupleodd weeks I should have them all collected to send to you.  I think I will have about 12 kinds for you to try from seed.

Well sorry for butting in to your thread but wanted to tell you  about the seeds I got  and to sento off also.
