Today’s last photo shows the Border between the Alaskan United States and Canada as we made the final few feet of our climb to this point between our country’s.  It was never boring with the scenery and comments of our guide in our train car adding to the enjoyment of the trip.

Good Morning Everyone…Sharon cute graphics and neat little church …what nice pictures of the hummers love the red flowers behind them so colorful…

Hi Linda such great news about Carly :)

Marnee nice shots of your hummers you have so many  nice  flowers and they seems to really like them all ..I see you have a wind-mill looks like mine does…is it the tall one ?

Cliff nice picture of the chickens ..and the Alaska shots are also nice.

I have a family of blues birds that come up from our woods and play in the stream in the pond and hang out for a bit..

this is a tree we came across out in the country ..love the shape of it..

My niece and great niece Lisa and Miss Emma with their new pup Bella Ann ..as some of you may remember they had another little pup Baily who is now here with me…When Lisa got Baily is when their lives were turned up side down with first my sister’s cancer and then the flooding of the two lake houses…Baily is here to stay with me and mostly with Sweet Starla they are very bonded …Lisa has waited until their life was settled to bring in another little love bug …I have been helping her to look for the right pup and I am so very happy for Lisa she so needs a little cuddle up lover and Bella Ann (Ann) for my sister seem like a good match…and yes I drove that darn loaner car to go visit last night and Starla could not go and wont be around Bella Ann until we are sure Bella Ann is healthy…

Marcia thanks for the link to your page I did go and take a little look ..some great pictures you have and plan to revisit it..

Marilyn nice pictures of the hummer…

Hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday…

As usual great pictures and thank you for sharing them all.

Nice church in Ontario, nice hummingbirds, named chickens-cute idea, and nice Alaskan scenery/tour, like the strangely shaped tree that catches the eye, also cute Bella Ann to keep Emma company; she will enjoy and love it to pieces!

I have seen 2 hummers here in the flower bed and that is it.  I don’t have feeders out for them so they make do with my flowers.  They move so quickly they startle me at times as they whisk through the air top speed.

It seems we now have a resident ground squirrel… although sitting in the tree and eating the peanuts sure isn’t on the ground.

Carol, in answer to your question my wind-mill is about 5 feet tall; it was a birthday gift several years ago. I love your bird pictures they are so clear and sharp and that is an amazing tree. Emma looks so happy with that cute little dog. Hi Posy!  Sharon those are great shots of your squirrel.

    Hi, Sharon…

Your little squirrel is a red squirrel…I don’t see them often….they like wooded areas. I think he is cute.

Fox squirrels are bigger and bushier tale… this must be a red squirrel, although they aren’t really red…

Red squirrels around here are small and fast.  They can get at things the gray ones can’t because they are smaller.  They are a nuisance.
