    4 roasted russet potatoes (name of bag of potatoes I bought)

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    2 tablespoons rosemary

    4 cloves garlic,minced

    1/2 tsp. salt

    1/2 tsp. pepper

    1 medium red bell pepper seeded and cut into 1-inch squares

    Heat oven to 475 degrees.  Cut potatoes into 1-1/2 inch cubes.  Add remaining ingredients except bell pepper into baking sheet with sides; mix to blend.  Add potatoes and bell pepper. Toss to coat.  Bake 30-35 minutes until potatoes are tender and lightly browned tossing 2 or 3 times during baking.  Sounds like a good winter dish when the wind and snow is blowin’!

    I think in the summer you could put this baking sheet on the grill for 1/2 hour for tender, browned taters to go with brats, hotdogs, or burgers.

    Sounds great!  Thanks for sharing! Hetbs are nice to throw on something like that especially basil or a basil butter!
