This afternoon after work I went to the garden and picked this Red Knight bell pepper. Without a doubt its the biggest and prettiest one I’ve ever grown. To say the least I am thrilled with these Red Knight bell peppers.

My favorite pepper is sweet red ones, especially for stuffed peppers.  Yours looks delish!  I like the red in anything.  The green are too bitter even if I parboil them for stuffing.  Red more expensive, but we like them better, so worth the extra to us.

Steve, great looking pepper and from what I read it is ready has a green pepper at 57 days and red at 77.  That is something I could grow here.  Will need to remember that for next year.

Somehow or other a purple pepper got mixed up in my batch of peppers. Not very pretty though.
