    We have 2 varieties of Hummingbird moths here.  One type is around during the day while the others are night feeders.  Here is a pic of one of the daytime ones.

    Marvelous looking pictures of all HMs’ & flowers! I see a theme here & wonder if it is a coincidence that many of the flowers these HMs’ are attracted too are lilacy/lavender to light purple in color?

    Charlene, I love those Phystigo/a(sp?)  Miss Manners plants! And I will probably grow some next year; hope mine will look as full & healthy. So very pretty!

    I didn’t realize there are so many types of HBMs. Thanks for sharing.

    Sugar Grove is a small town about 40 miles SE of Columbus or 8 miles south of Lancaster, OH.
