Friday Fun Photo: Bluebird House

Birds & Blooms’ Friday Fun Photo for August 23, 2013: Bluebird House by Shirley Henderson of Maryville, Tennessee. “Shirley writes, “I was tidying up the yard and thought I would clean out this birdhouse, since the bluebirds had already left. Several days later, I walked past the bluebird house and did a double take. I couldn’t keep from laughing out loud. There was a stick in the latch! Several days later, I saw the new tenant of the house: a small, sassy wren.”

Do you have a clever caption for this little wren’s idea of home improvement? We’d love to hear it!
