Lending a Hand

"I discovered this juvenile great horned owl perched on a fallen log in the middle of a flooded forest," says Dennis Swayze of Winnipeg, Manitoba. "I was worried about the owl and whether it could fly, so I returned a few days later to check on it. To my relief, it was perched high in a tree with two other owlets."
