Keep Starlings Away

How can I keep starlings off my wire-basket suet feeders? They monopolize the feeders and don't give other birds a chance to eat.

George: To discourage starlings, mount the suet feeder under a dome-shaped squirrel baffle. Starlings are uncomfortable feeding under a dome and hanging on to a feeder for any length of time.
