Keep Hawks Away

I'm looking for some advice about how to keep hawks away from my backyard birds.

George: The best way to protect songbirds from hawks in your backyard is to provide sufficient natural cover—brush, shrubs and trees. Smaller birds will then have a protective place to escape if attacked. Because federal law protects hawks, they cannot be shot, trapped or harmed in any way.
