Greenhouse on the Move

We enjoy growing veggies here, but the high altitude and late and early frosts make it a challenge.

Our solution was to convert an old snowmobile trailer into a portable greenhouse. We move it into the garage at night and bring it out in the warm part of the day during the early and late season.

In the summer, we move it around our yard to take advantage of the sun. It can be moved easily with an ATV or lawn tractor. —Dick and Min Verstraete, Anaconda, Montana
