Designer Pots

The winters here are long, so I began looking for a new art project to spend the time waiting for spring. I have worked with clay for many years, so I made my own flowerpots. I used recycled materials and leftover paint to design them. They brighten up the shady spots in my yard and only look expensive. —Beverly Christensen, Greene, Iowa
