Bike Wheel Feeder

We have several backyard feeders, but this one is the most entertaining to watch. It is made out of an old bike wheel, four hubs and eight PVC caps. The wheel turns slowly as the birds fly on and off the seed-filled caps. We have observed 16 birds feeding at once, with others gripping the rim and spokes, repositioning themselves as they wait their turn. —Edward Bush, Houston, Texas
