Ant Moat

To keep ants out of my hummingbird feeder, I made an ant moat out of a clear plastic cap from my container of laundry detergent. I made a hole in the cap and attached a two-eyed turnbuckle to keep it from leaking. The whole thing cost around $2. —Karen Stutes, Lewistown, Illinois
