Katie's Condo

"When I purchased my home a few years ago, I found a large empty post in the backyard," writes Joe Brennan of Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. "I knew I had to carry on the purple martin tradition, so with some inspiration from my daughters Christy and Katie (pictured), I came up with this. I call it Katie's Condo. A few of the units are still vacant, but we hope they will fill up this spring."
